I had bought a pair of shoes to wear to a wedding, but later found a pair I liked better else where. I still had the receipt so I went to return them. The first employee was kind and was going to do the return, but she needed help figuring out how to do it because I used part cash and part gift card to purchase them. So she called over another employee for assistance and this woman was rude! She basically called me a liar to my face saying that I had worn the shoes outside. I told her I had not but she kept saying, "yes, they were worn outside." And told me, " go look at another pair on the shelf, they aren't all scuffed up like these are." She was going to let me exchange them for a new pair though, What sense does that make? They were going to be put back on the shelf anyways. If I wanted to keep that style of shoe I wouldnt be there to return them in the first place. I ended up just taking the shoes with me because I was annoyed that she was calling me a liar! The shoes ARE NOT all scuffed up and I DID NOT wear these shoes outside. I Wish I could add a picture of the shoes on here.
Went into the Menominee store to purchase a pair of shoes for my 92 year old grandmother. The employee who helped us was AMAZING! She brought over at least 10 pairs of shoes and put each one on my grandmother. She was patient and friendly. We always had such a difficult time fitting her but we managed to find 3 pairs that fit perfectly.
We always shop at this store from now on.
The selection is great and the prices reasonable for name brands.
